I will not ship until full payment is confirmed. I only ship using tracked shipping to the address stated on paypal. I do not accept payment plans. Paypal payments only please. I share a house with a dog and a cat, however they are not allowed near my lolita stuff and they don't touch me when I wear it either. Everything I sell has been thoroughly washed and steamed. Whatever happens to the package after I ship it is not my responsibility.
