This pretty blue pair of bloomers has a size 42-44" waist band when fully stretched. The inseam of the legs is a little over 8" when including the lovely heart lace. The legs are gather with elastic and stretch to over 17" across. 

This item is made with cotton flannel, so I recommend delicate cold wash and hang dry for the garment.
