This pretty blue pair of bloomers has a size 38-40" waist band when fully stretched. The inseam of the legs is almost 9" when including the  lace hem. The legs are gather with elastic and stretch to just over over 15" across. 

This item is made with cotton flannel, so I recommend delicate cold wash and hang dry for the garment.
