Happy winter holiday! This skirt and cape set is sure to keep you cozy inside. This set is handmade and in surprisingly really good condition considering how long I've had it. I'm ready to make a new holiday-themed outfit and wanted to give this one a new home to make space. I won a daily fashion contest at the 2018 San Francisco Dickens Fair with this outfit.

This skirt will fit someone who normally wears a small or extra small (00 or 0) in women's skirts. The cape will fit anyone. The big red bow closes the cape.
