Made this for an event, wore it once and never again, being that I am more sweet than anything! PLUS it GLOWS IN THE DARK!
Handmade with super soft and comfy elastic.
Has two layers, so the poof is EXTRA poof! There is a black ribbon that goes around that I can make into a permanent bow. Really whatever.
Being that I can easily adjust the elastic and made it with extra fabric, I can adjust to really any size. There is no limit on plus size, but if I was too put one I would say 200 cm.
Also- I have some extra fabric left, if you wanna throw in an extra 10 bucks I can make a headbow, headpiece or how!
