Is the waist actually 61cm or is there a mistake somewhere? It’s listed as plus size friendly, but that’s a very small waist unless that’s a flat measurement and would therefore be doubled for circumference.
Also: the damage, is it fixable with decent sewing knowledge?

I will have to correct the measurements, sorry for that, I'm a US 14 and this is big on me, its definitely plus size. YES, the damaged is definitely fixable, a picture of the damage is shown in the last image on this listing.
