Handmade skirt

I made this from an old dress about 2 years ago when I got into sewing lolita fashion items so it's not my best work! On the last photo you can see fraying on the inside of the waist band, but don't worry it's not falling apart! I used cotton on the inside of the waistband to make in more ridged, so it's only the little bit that's peeking out which is fraying. It's been like this since I made it and I've washed it a lot with no problems, I hope all this makes sense 😅.

It's machine washable on 30°c! 
The waist measurement (flat lay) is 13 inches and the length is 20 inches
