Made this a few years ago and only tried it on once, just don’t find myself wearing it often. 
Please keep in mind I am an amateur seamstress, so most of the edges weren’t finished (as shown)

Hello! Flat measurements are 16 inches un stretched and 33 inches max stretched :) (max waist of 66 inches!) hope that helps!
