Hand made floral picnic basket skirt

skirt made by me!! i have had tons of this fabric laying around for months and it just really isnt my style so i figured i would make something to feel less guilty for buying it in the first place lol.
it has back waist shirring and goes up to ~110cm
smallest i would recommend to wear this is ~75cm
skirt length is ~49cm
its made from a heavy feeling fabric, i think its a cotton blend? not sure though since it has been a long time since i bought the fabric. not lined
