Hand made by an Aussie based Lolita. I originally got this peticoat custom made when I was starting out. It's very comfortable and does the job of creating good sized cupcake/bell shape poof!
• Measurements: Max waist stretches out to around 115cm
• Material is chiffon/tule and has no inner lining so you may want to pop blommers or underskirt if needed.
It's a short peticoat so please note this is hand made and custom for my measurements. I am roughly 150cm tall so it may suit for shorties.
