This stunning OP is by a Chinese brand called "Halo Lolita." The dress is fully-lined and has a built-in petticoat. The pleats down the front and back are gorgeous! I remember when I had ordered this dress there was an option to have their logo embroidered on the side, but I opted to not have the embroidery.
I had only briefly tried on this OP but it ended up not fitting, and sat in a closet for sometime while I deliberated getting it altered. In the end, I don't think that was ever going to happen, so I decided to sell it!
