I bought this from TaoBao. I tried searching for this brand, but I can't seem to find them. The tag says "Sands of Lime," but the brand could actually be "Sands of Time?"

This is a very Halloweeny apron. The purple bow is detachable (see tag photo) and could be used as a neck bow, or put on any other accessory.
