Lapis Lazuli - Good Condition - Missing Waist Ties - Includes KC and *modified* tights - XL

A very plus size friendly JSK. I love this dress, but it's much too big for me now. Size XL and shirring in the back. I'm unsure if I lost the waist ties or if it just didn't get sent to me with them. I believe I am the second owner, and it's still in very good condition.

Additionally, it will come with with the headbow and matching tights. The tights have been cut and are essentially very high stockings so they can be worn with a garter belt.
