I purchased this during Haenuli's 2019 farewell sale for $35. I've only tried it on and found that underskirts are not my style. This looks the same as the "Haenuli Frill Skirt 2016" on Lolibrary, except a bigger size than the original release.

The receipt email says this is XL to 3XL. By my measurements the waistband stretches from 80 to about 180cm and the length is 66cm. This is super plus size friendly!
