I know the waist is listed as 74cm at the min size, but I want to just ask anyway - can it be tightened to a smaller size without the bodice looking distorted? (69 or 70cm is what I'm looking to get it to)

I believe I have poor judgement in that. My apologies! I did however find pictures of models wearing the JSK in size S for reference (you have to scroll way down). They have the ribbon corset lacing tightened on themselves and the dress form very short. I think it's possible to do the same with size M without it looking distorted. But I'm not 100% sure. I guess my question was, is the 74cm minimum measured with the corset lacing tightened as far as it can go, or is it 74cm when it's "relaxed" (shirring neither tightened or stretched)?
Sorry, I don't mean to be a bother. I'm really interested in the dress, I just want to be sure about the sizing.

It's no problem! I appreciate the inquiries ahead of time! Thank you! I just took flat measurements of the waist. They're amateur measuring done by me, please note. They read at 75cm flat (total front and back combined). So I'm assuming this means the measurements are counted from the dress in a relaxed state and not tightened as far is it will go with ribbon lacing.
