This is a wonderful Haenuli piece that has been on some adventures but is still in excellent shape and ready for more adventures.  I can't see any flaws.  The dress is a size small with a bust measurement of 81 - 96.5 cm and a waist measurement of 63.5 - 79 cm.  There is shirring across the back.  I have included a lot of accessories, reflective of the price.  This comes with the matching headbow, also in excellent shape, two pairs of Sailor Moon Artemis and Luna tights (NIP), two Sailor Moon Artemis and Luna rings (also NIP), a resin necklace of Artemis and Luna originally purchased at an anime con, a custom made adjustable lace choker made with the gachapon charm of Sailor Moon on the most amazing lace, and a satin Sanrio x Sailor Moon My Melody collab tissue holder that has never been used.  This is a very carefully curated set of accessories, and you're bound to get a lot of joy and compliments!  I have mostly left lolita and have returned to school for engineering.  Thanks for looking, and feel free to ask me any questions!
