Black tiered chiffon underskirt from Haenuli. Used, but still in good condition. The only flaw I see is that the waist elastic is twisted, which is annoying, but doesn't impact wear as it should not be showing when worn.
Measurements from Lolibrary:
Waist: 60 cm unstretched - 140 cm fully stretched
I cannot vouch for the max size, but I wore it at 100 cm and it was a comforable fit, the shirring does not seem to be stretched out.
Lolibrary doesn't say how long it is but I am pretty sure it is 60 cm long. Will measure and update when I add proof pics
