These tights have never been out of the package. I bought these to go with a skirt, but I didn't actually like them together when I held the tights up to the skirt.

It goes way up to $32 to have fast shipping. The way the US post office does international shipping has only two options: First Class mail which is cheap and takes 2-5 weeks to arrive and Priority mail which is really expensive and takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
If you're in a hurry, you might want to just buy the tights from the Haenuli store envy website where they are $22 plus $13 shipping. I received my Haenuli order just a week after I placed it.
