P.s. I just remembered I have a nice Taobao black veil headband with red roses that matches. I am considering selling that too, so hmu if you are interested.

Like new, no obvious damages.

Partial shirring.
Officially waist: 81cm-89cm, I measured it at about 80cm*-90cm so that's fairly accurate.

*Technically it can be laced tighter than this, to around 72cm at the smallest, but it means the skirt will sag a bit at the back, as the shirring isn't being used. It's up to you if that worries you!
