Worn twice, it has been washed. I absolutely love this dress but I don't wear it enough to warrant keeping it in my closet. There are a few small dots on the inside of one of the straps, I am not sure how they got there (maybe from the factory?). These are not visible when worn, no other visible flaws on the dress.
