Worn twice - slightly torn area above side zipper

Size S (xs - s): bust 30.7 in - 34.6 in / 78cm - 89 cm, waist 24 in - 26.7 in / 58 cm - 68 cm, length 26 in / 67 cm

Sizing is weird on this dress…the bust is too small for me but the waist fits perfectly (my waist is about 27-28 in). I did tear the armpit area a bit when I first tried this dress on, but wore a leather jacket over it and it was unnoticeable.
Flat measurement of bust is 13 in / 33 cm. I'm pretty sure you have to be flat chested to wear the dress...or if you're a proficient tailor, you don't mind turning it into a skirt?

I think the torn area is totally fixable if you can sew it up or bring it to a tailor.
The detachable bow on the bodice is in a separate plastic wrapping. I was unable to open the pin and attach it to the dress but I will certainly ship it with the dress.

*EDIT* As of 6/6/022, I have added additional photos to showcase the neck ties (missing in original listing as I don't have a mannequin) and extra photos of the armpit rip (with natural light).
