Skirt measurements:
Waist: 28 inches maximum
Length (top of the waistband to bottom of the hem): 13.5 inches
Note that the waist measurement is a firm max. There is no shirring and no elastic in the waistband.
Super cute gothic mini skirt. Two small pockets on the front, one false pocket flap on the back. All of the printed text on the black fabric is glittery, and there's glittery pink threads in the pink layer. There's a gauzy black lace overlay on top of the pink layer. The lace is pretty delicate and has pilled in several spots, but it's not noticeable when worn. See representative picture of the pilling.
The little chains are attached to the skirt with safety pins. The skirt came to me this way when I bought it secondhand, I think it was designed this way.
The skirt can be unbuttoned and unzipped a little in the front. When fully unbuttoned and unzipped, the waistband expands to 34 inches maximum. You'll need this to be enough to fit over your shoulders or your hips, to get the skirt on.
Domestic shipping will be USPS Priority Mail in a medium flat rate box.

For international shipping: I prefer to ship via EMS, which comes with tracking. I am happy to mark packages as "gift" and mark the value down.
I am not responsible for the item(s) once it has left my hands. If the package is lost and no tracking or insurance was purchased, I will certainly descend upon the post office on your behalf, but I do not refund.
