H. Naoto H. Jelly / H. Honey piece.
Not sure if this is supposed to be worn as a top or a dress.
There is some signs of use such as loose threads and piling.
I never worn it personally but I picked it up from Closetchild in Japan many years ago.
It is from the H. Naoto H. Jelly/honey collection which makes me believe that it is a very old piece. I have had this for about 6-7 years.
No size indicated but feels like a small/x-small.
