Be your best spooky grandma
This little versatile gem by h.Naoto GRAMM is, I believe, meant to be a collar, but can also be worn as a headdress as I have done on occasion. It is a combo of white and off-white, but a lighter, brighter off-white. It goes nicely with all white outfits. It ties in the front with a lace tie, and has little buttons dotted down the middle. There is a slight yellowing on the inside band as you can see in the photo I have taken of it. You can see it worn as a headdress in the second to last photo, and as a collar in the last photo.
