h. Naoto Frill Music Skirt. New with Tags never worn aside from when I tried it on. It's a little heavy so it needs a strong petty coat. It's been in my closet since I bought it, no pets or smoking anywhere near it. If you wish to purchase both this and the matching cutsew message me and I will discount the shipping. The Skirt fits a comfortable waist range of about 25" to 27". 28" would probably fit but it might not be comfortable. 24" would probably also work but you'd have to rely on the waist ties to cinch it in.
