Very old skirt that has received lots of love and been worn many times.
Base fabric of skirt is still great but the ribbon and lace under the ribbon on the skirt could use replacement. The lace is just an overlay lace, so in replacing the lace, you will not damage the base of the skirt.
Lace at the bottom has a general feel of age as well.
The skirt has been modified professionally to fit a 36" waist.
I love this skirt but I do not have the time to fix it up myself so I wanted to pass it along to someone who will enjoy it.
