Long skirt with many layers of lacey fabric. The top layer has a drawstring on the bottom so it can be as bunched up as you want. I put this on the mannequin with the tag in back, but I always used to wear it with the tag on the side so the splits between the layers were on the sides. (It looks like pic 3 from the front when you do this.) Worn a few times.

This item has been washed, however it's been stored in an antique chest and may have a bit of a residual smell from that. Just a warning incase you're particularly opposed to smells.

I did not notice any odd smells. It is a very detailed piece in great condition. Selling for price purchased.
