Unknown ruffle skirt by h.Naoto Blood. I bought this secpndhand and have had it stored away because it doesn't fit me (can't get it past my hips). The only flaws I could find is that the ribbon in the waistband channel is missing. This piece is very old, so the waistband elastic may have degraded and may need to be replaced. Sold as-is.

My amateur measurements put the waist at 82-92cm, but it should be able to go smaller due to the corset lacing at the back.

I'm open to trades, but keep in mind that my bust size is 120-130cm, so most things won't fit. If you have something in that size that you would be willing to trade, send me a message. :)

***There is a smoker in my household, but they do not smoke upstairs, nor do they come near my wardrobe. Please be aware of this.
