Very good condition aside from a little bit of fraying on the ribbons (pictured). The straps have been altered to fit taller lolitas. I am 172cm and this fits me really nicely! There are no waist ties but it comes with a matching head bow made from one of the waist ties. There is a layer of tulle which gives it a small casual poof without a petticoat.
