Wonderful dress. There used to a terribly scratchy and damaged lace at the skirt hem which I removed but never found a nice replacement. The hem is zigzaged and handstitched by me. You may be able to squeeze a petti underneath it, my wife could fit a Classical Puppets bell shape. These tend to go for a lot more than the starting price but I pulled this out at the children's section (!) at my neighborhood thrift shop (!) for a steal (!) and think you guys should get a chance before I let the vintage crowd have it.
