I'm not really wearing lolita much anymore, so I'm selling my wardrobe.

The waistband is sewn just below the seam of the skirt, whereas it's normally just above. This to make it fit like intended on my length (180cm).

It's one seam, you can make it loose of you want, or if you're normal length wear it normal waisted instead of high waisted.
It originally only had a few treats to hold the waistband, which are now removed. But since it only had a few treats to hold it, you can easily sew a new few treats.
