Greenery Ouji Top Hat
Handmade top hat with removable greenery and brown vines. Worn only a few times; selling because the hat is too large for my head (average sized head) and I don't wear wigs anymore. With wigs, the fit is perfect.

I estimate the hat inside circumference to be around 23.5" as it's slightly too big for my head without a wig and my head measures 21.5".
