Green Ronova Petticoat
She is OLD, I don't wear this petticoat anymore and she is pretty deflated. She has stains on the waistband, but i have washed it since I last wore it. Its pretty cute as a skirt, but when it comes to poof she doesn’t have very much to offer.
The tag says 23”-41” but i’d say its more 30”-41”
