This was my very first lolita dress I bought from bodyline around 2013. It's no longer available on bodyline's site. It's practically new, I only wore it twice or three times. It's lovely, but it just doesn't fit me well (a bit too large). I know someone else will look beautiful in it and give it a loving home! 

It is made of tiered, polyester fabric with a white bib and a zip closure in the back with hook and eye closures on the back of the standing collar.
 
Laying flat, the waist is about 15 inches, and the length of the dress from collar to hem is about 36 inches. So it should fit up to a 30 inch waist, and the bodice is nice and long to accommodate those of us with boobs.
