A classic messy design that appears in many street snaps! This is a set from the brand Good Luck. 

The size notation in the skirt and collar reads XXL, and I believe this is accurate for these pieces. However, the blouse runs closer to a small Japanese M due to the limited bust.

Blouse measurements:
Bust: ~78cm
Waist: ~68cm

Skirt measurements:
Waist: 44-114cm

This item does have some light pilling throughout. There is heavier pilling on the underside of the arms and where the sleeve touches the skirt (i.e. anywhere the fabric rubs against itself during regular wear).

I believe an alteration may have been done at some point due to some different coloured thread on the placket.

The skirt has a very stiff tulle petticoat built in and maintains its shape without another pannier.
