I commissioned this dress from Kelsey of the indie brand I Do Declare in 2014. Her construction is detailed and beautiful, and the quality is impeccable. The print is full of wonderful little surprises, like the subtle gold shimmer here and there, or the names of the birds written in elegant script!

This dress would look perfect on a taller, bustier lolita. The bust will go up to 37 inches, the waist 29 inches. It is a longer dress, and the skirt will fall right between the knees and shins on a 5'7" person. The dress zips up with a hidden side zipper.
I only wore this a few times, so it is in very good condition, just slightly wrinkled from storage!
