Gobelin Flared Skirt (2000)
A real stunner of a skirt. The velvet stripes that separate each tier are not black like in the picture, but rather red/wine (the reflection of the camera makes it look darker than it actually is, both in the stock photos and in my pictures). This skirt is SHORT and SMALL. It does not fit a normal petticoat in length or in puffiness. Waist I would say fits a max of 64 cm. It is practically like new-- there is no damage that I could find, but it is a 20 year old skirt, so it is quite old.
