The top layer of the skirt is made from sheer rose pattern lace. There is one tulle layer for added puffiness.
This JSK has a side zipper, back ties and adjustable shoulder straps. The fabric is a bit stretchy.
I'm the second owner, but I haven't worn it much myself. There are no obvious flaws I can point out, it just generally feels worn.
