GLP black x purple lace skirt with belt

Length (top of skirt's waistband to the bottom of the hem): 15" Very versatile skirt in good condition. Belt and side pouches are all detachable, and the side pouches all unzip into functional pockets/pouches. The D-ring connecting one of the pouches to the belt fell off, so I had it professionally reattached (work done by the designer and seamstress of the indie lolita brand Il Sangue: http://egl.livejournal.com/18599902.html). Once it was reattached, the seamstress was wonderfully sweet and also reinforced all of the other D-ring connectors on the belt. The size of the belt is fully adjustable by corset lacing on the back. The pouches are functional (can be unzipped and used to store things) and can also be un-clipped from the belt. Please note that the lace overlay on the skirt is rather delicate, so there is a small hole in the lace (see photo included) and some areas of piling on the lace that I wasn't able to capture on camera. Price has been reduced to reflect damage and modifications.

I am willing to hold items for a non-refundable 20% deposit, unless stated otherwise.
I ship by default using recycled packaging. For shipping within the U.S., I use priority shipping with tracking, but uninsured. If the value of the package is $200 or more, I will only ship with Signature Confirmation.
For international shipping: I prefer to ship via EMS, which comes with tracking. I am happy to mark packages as "gift" and mark the value down.
I am not responsible for the item(s) once it has left my hands. If the package is lost and no tracking or insurance was purchased, I will certainly descend upon the post office on your behalf, but I do not refund.
Loss of communication after 24 hours will be interpreted as a loss of interest.
All prices are in USD, and all measurements are amateur because I am armed with only a straight ruler and a flat mattress.

Do you do any cheaper shipping methods? I would love to buy this, but the shipping seems a little steep.
