Babydoll dress from Indie designer Gloomth, Size 5X.

Dress is in NWOT condition, tried on but decided that it wasn't for me. I bought this dress along with my previously sold "Bat Doll" dress with the intention of working them into some kuro coords. The velvet waist ties and ribbons on the dress are non-detachable. There's no shirring, only a hidden zip in the back, but the fabric does have some stretch to it, not a whole lot, but enough to be relatively comfortable. Free shipping within the US.
