This is a custom sized glittertale blouse. It has a see through material, lace up cuffs, and a neckline collar. Very suitable for ouji or princess coords. I did trim the original ribbon it came with because it was ridiculously long, new ends were sealed with a lighter. Measurements given were:
bust- 96cm
waist-86cm
Worn a couple times, is laundered before send off.

I laid it flat and measured roughly 67cm, give some room for error though. Hope that helps!
