This is a custom-sized and very plus-friendly JSK and blouse set from Vietnamese indie brand, Glitter Tale. It was ordered just before COVID hit and has never been worn, though has some wrinkling from storage and a slight (but pleasant, like fabric softener maybe?) smell from the manufacturer. Waist ties and shirring make this dress very adaptable to a wide range of sizes.
