AP Girly Dot Cutsew OP (missing waist ties!)
I bought this second hand, and when I got it both the waist ties and the buttons to which they were attached were missing from the dress. The dress has a slightly used feeling and there is a little bit of pilling, but otherwise the condition is good. The dots on the dress are not the same pure white color as the collar or the lace, but I'm not sure if that is due to the age of the fabric or if it has always been like that. The lolibrary page ony has closeups of the red colorway, and the dots on those stock photos do not look pure white to me either.
