got this from a stained Wunderwelt skirt set. I have cleaned the skirt.
It's way too short for me.
Please note this skirt is missing the detachable bow. It came to me this way, I do not know where it is.
The size is small there is NO shirring. I would still only recommend for someone on the smaller side.
