Hello, I'm so sorry for being so late, I didn't saw your message (I wonder why I never recieve any notification). Shipping for all the countries outside of EU is 20€ (23 US$). Sleeves are 55cm long (with the lace). It's a little bit small even for regular arms, I think I should add this information in the description. I hope it helps you. Relly sorry again.
