This is a simple button up blouse by Gothic Lolita Punk (G.L.P.) It is a size medium but fits like a US small. Has a peter pan collar with kind of a sailor shape in the back. There's some ribbon corsetting the front of the blouse on both sides.  
I've had it for a long time, and the fabric wrinkles very easily so it is definitely winkled. There may be some pulls to the lace or ribbon, but there is no major damage
