Barely worn bought new! The JSK should fit me on paper, but in reality I found it a lot bigger than expected! I can't remember what size I got (I think maybe size 2, judging by their size chart), but this JSK comfortably fits size 18 Australian women's sizing.
Can fit bust up to 115cm and waist 100cm
length: top of the strap to bottom of skirt is 100cm, waist to bottom of skirt lace is 56cm (so note, if you are tall it may be a little short)
For reference, my model in the picture has a bust of 115cm, waist 100cm, and is 181cm tall.

Stretching just with my arms, it appears that it can stretch up to 130cm in the bust area. I would recommend this JSK for someone no larger than 125cm for comfort reasons. If you are beyond 125cm but want to try it anyway, you are welcome to do so. Please be aware that you are risking it might not fit comfortably!

Alterations: Because of the large size, I sewed some lacing onto the shirring panel (however it's missing shirring ribbons right now)
the waist belt/ribbon was also one item when I received it. It wasn't long enough to create a beautiful bow like I wanted, so I cut it in half and converted them to detachable waist ties. These can be worn in the front, the back or not at all if you prefer.
