New with tag! I bought this this summer and it ended up being too heavy for my petticoats! It's a very lovely layering piece to add extra length for plus size or tall lolitas! The skirt circumference is very large and will accommodate pretty much any skirt hem. 

Skirt layer is the IVORY colorway! I can provide more pictures if needed! I store everything in plastic tubs to keep them away from our pets.
