hi! would you happen to know or have an estimate of the waist measurement on this skirt, when fully stretched?

I’ll measure it later today to let you know the full measurements. But what I can tell you is that it’s pretty roomy, like I feel like I’m drowning in it, and I’m a 27- 28 inch natural waist with 38 inch hips. I’ll get back to you with the exact measurements but I think it would fit someone larger than me more comfortably.
