My bust is 90cm and my waist is 70cm. This blouse didn't close when I had a bra on. It did close when I didn't wear a bra but gapped so much You can't wear it with skirts without flashing someone. It was comfortable at the waist. I think this blouse is still wearable under a JSK if you have the same measurements as me but want this particular color to match your coord. Otherwise, if you want this as a blouse you can wear with skirts then I recommend being a few cm under 90cm at the bust. There's a spot on one of the photos I took on the end of the sleeve that looks like a stain; It's not a stain it's just a shadow I double-checked.
